Team oriented management

Target group: Managing staff that has completed the course team Developing-Kaizen-Walking Rally®.

 

Course content: Based on team oriented culture, we go through the qualities and responsibilities a manager should have in a team organization. The participants are provided with tools and methods to develop their own managing style in a team oriented direction. 

The following questions will be answered during the course:

  • What characterizes a team oriented culture?
  • How do we develop a creative work form with employees, and within a single team?
  • How do we work with consensus, and how do we use it as platform for individual performance?
  • How do we involve the employees?
  • How do we improve results by prioritizing tasks correctly?
  • What are the most important tasks and responsibilities of a manager in a team organization?
  • What obstacles do we face when establishing a team organization, and how do we deal with them?
  • How do we quality develop our own work processes?
