Team oriented management
Target group: Managing staff that has completed the course team Developing-Kaizen-Walking Rally®.
Course content: Based on team oriented culture, we go through the qualities and responsibilities a manager should have in a team organization. The participants are provided with tools and methods to develop their own managing style in a team oriented direction.
The following questions will be answered during the course:
- What characterizes a team oriented culture?
- How do we develop a creative work form with employees, and within a single team?
- How do we work with consensus, and how do we use it as platform for individual performance?
- How do we involve the employees?
- How do we improve results by prioritizing tasks correctly?
- What are the most important tasks and responsibilities of a manager in a team organization?
- What obstacles do we face when establishing a team organization, and how do we deal with them?
- How do we quality develop our own work processes?
