Strategy work

TUC participate as external consultants in the company’s strategy process.

TUC organizes the strategy process and ensures that the company’s key people are involved. With TUC as facilitator the company creates and secures a common perception of the problems the company is facing. Based on this common perception the strategy is formed. TUC ensures that the strategy is implemented, and in collaboration with the company the criteria of success and measure points are compiled.
