Complementary selection of applicants.
Goal: to ensure that the company hire new employees that possess the professional and personal qualifications that are in harmony with the team oriented culture that exist in the company.
Method: TUC recruits for team oriented companies based on TUC’s management philosophy. Through close collaboration with the company TUC ensures the applicants that are nominated for employment with the company posses the professional and personal qualifications the open position requires.
Complementary selection: The department the new employee is to be hired for forms the foundation of this process. A holistic reflection of the specific team in the department is combined with the department’s needs and demands.
TUC finds and nominates the applicants that possess the qualifications and resources that the department require, and furthermore possess the team oriented nature required by a team oriented company.
Team oriented recruiting: Through team oriented recruiting the company achieves that the existing collaboration in the company is added the proper human and professional resources. At the same time it is ensured that the chosen applicant’s managing style comply with the present culture and managing philosophy.
Recruiting for positions in foreign countries: It is a big decision for an applicant to apply for a position in a foreign country, especially when this means that partner and children need to go along. Private life should be in harmony with the new professional challenges.
People are different and do not have the same basis for adapting when they need to function efficiently under different cultural conditions.
