Client surveys

TUC has developed client surveys of different size, where the primary focus is service and quality experienced from the client’s point of view.

No two companies are the same, just as customers are different. The TUC client surveys are therefore developed in close collaboration with the company in order to create the best frame of query to match their specific client base.

TUC works with several levels of client surveys. Some client surveys include several thousands of clients, and they serve to establish an overview of the clients’ perceptions within a relatively short period of time. This type of survey is preferable if you have not earlier done surveys of clients’ demands and expectations.

TUC also offer smaller client surveys which are updated quarterly, after six months or once a year. These surveys are less statistical since they build an overview of the clients’ demands and expectations over a longer period of time. This way the company can make decisions based on data that continuously will change and always be up to date.

This type of survey is preferable if the company has many different types of clients that frequently change demand patterns, or clients that are not necessarily loyal to the company. This type of survey can also be valuable if you wish to gather information from clients about changes in trends or other areas.
