Preparing the company’s basic values

TUC implements processes for preparation of the company’s basic values. 

The attitudes and actions that will characterize the company are described based on the chosen basic values. The basic values will form the foundation for preparing the company’s future management values. Agendas will be made to ensure anchoring of the basic values and management values.
